All of the sheepskin rugs and sheepskin items that are sold at Angus Oliver Sheepskins meet REACH standards. Since we love our tanneries in Europe you can rest assured that they tan with the best methods and products.

No chrome tanning and no formeldahyde.

Our sheepskin rugs meet all qualifications set forth by REACH (Registration Evaluation Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals). This legislation has been in place in Europe since 2006. The goal of this legislation is to protect people’s health and the environment.

Our Merino and Mongolian sheepskins also meet reach Standards which is very much the same as OEKO TEX standards.
