We love sheep, Nat's grew up surrounded by fields of them, she has raised Romney and Babydoll Southdown sheep, and also worked in a woolen mill for a short time.
We are no strangers to farm life, and are very familiar with the dedication required to raise and care for livestock. It's not as easy as many folks think.
The absolute heartbreak of losing a sheep to injury, illness, or during lambing is a pain that Nat's carried for years.
Some may think it odd that we have a sheepskin business as we love sheep so much when they are alive, but the thought of their woolly hides being tossed away when it was such a big part of their loveliness is an absolute crime.
All of our sheepskin rugs are by-products of the meat industry and all of them deserve to be loved in homes.
