For our lovely US customers we have had to base shipping amounts on quantity sold due to very high shipping prices. We hope that you still love us.
All shipments have tracking numbers which will be emailed to you upon shipping time.
No cash value & no adjustment on previous orders.

The customer is responsible for any duty, and customs costs that may be applied to your situation and order.
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from mail boxes or door steps. Whenever possible we use Canada Posts 'card for pickup' option unless the item is being mailed to a PO Box.
Any item 'on sale' is considered final sale, no returns.
Regular priced items can be returned within 7 days of you receiving a product,
(based on the delivery date by Canada Post).
The customer is required to pay the shipping fee's for returning the goods.
Please understand that there can be no refunds after that timeframe due to sanitary reasons. A re-stocking fee of $20 per item, will also be charged which covers our time to re-photograph and list items to the website.
Goods must be returned in their 'original' and 'unused' condition.
For refunds we deduct the original shipping fee (as shipping has already occurred) and refund the remaining amount, this applies to trading items as well.
