USA ORDERS HAVE BEEN PAUSED DUE TO 35% TARIFFS BEING CHARGED BY TRUMP TO US CONSUMERS.
We are shipping Canadian orders via UPS and Canada Post.
It's up to our customers to collect their items from Canada Post or UPS if a card is left for delivery. Doorstep delivery has become increasingly unsafe with people stealing packages.
Any Tariffs applied by the US are the customers responsibility to pay.
All shipments have tracking numbers which will be emailed to you upon shipping time. Please check your spam folder for tracking information.
The customer is responsible for any duty, and customs costs that may be applied to your situation and order.
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from mail boxes or door steps. Whenever possible we use Canada Posts 'card for pickup' option unless the item is being mailed to a PO Box.
A little note for online customers.
Please choose a delivery address for your orders to be shipped to very carefully.
1) Ideally it is your home address because many deliveries are attempted after hours.
2) If you are aware that many online orders don't get successfully delivered to your choice of delivery address, please choose a delivery address such as 'pick up from a local UPS' or other location.
3) you can enter any delivery address that you want, but make sure it's a reliable one.
UPS and Canada Post only refund a maximum amount of $100 for packages not delivered, lost or delivered to the wrong place. It's ridiculous I know.
We have always refunded our customers for things gone astray as long as every effort to collect your package has been under taken, even though we lose a lot of money in the process.
BUT if a customer knowingly supplies a shipping address that is;
1) Not their personal address
2) Not supplied information to us prior to their package being shipped such as a preferred method of shipping or a correction of address.
3) Supplies an address that has a history of packages not being delivered.
4) Refuses to collect their package locally, if we can track down where it went astray.
These orders will not be refunded or replaced as the customer has not performed their due diligence to supply a reliable and accurate delivery location.
Returns
If you hate anything that you receive (which would be most odd) please return it within 7 days of receiving it. Clearance items are final sale and any item that sells for 15% off or more are also final sale.
The customer is required to pay the shipping fee's for returning the goods.
Please understand that there can be no refunds after that timeframe due to sanitary reasons. A re-stocking fee of 15% per item will also be charged which covers our time to re-photograph and list items to the website. Stock items that we have multiple units will not be charged a re-stocking fee.
Goods must be returned in their 'original' and 'unused' condition.
For refunds we deduct the original shipping fee (as shipping has already occurred) and refund the remaining amount, this applies to trading items as well. This applies to orders that received 'free shipping' also. The original cost for us to ship your order will be deducted from.any refund.

If the item you receive is damaged or defective by the mail system, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will look after you.
