Medical sheepskins are tanned with a vegetable tannis, which is the most chemical free way to tan sheepskins. It gives the sheepskin a soft off yellow colour.
These are the best sheepskins for newborn babies and for those who for medical reasons spend a lot of time in bed. They help prevent bedsores, and help alleviate the pain from constantly lay in bed.
